Then click on the button with the three dots at the end of Filename box.
This will bring up a Save As dialog in which you should enter a name you want
to use for your JPG file. Below I entered the file name:
"my business card"
Then click on the Save button.
You will now return to the Save as Graphic dialog and the complete path to
your file name will show up in the Filename box. Remember where this
file is saved so you can send it to us, and click the OK button.

Or, just send your file as an email attachment with your regular email program
which should pop up clicking here:
Sometimes the submission form just does not transmit your photo or
artwork file correctly. We will let you know if there is a problem.
If you suspect it might have had an error please pop up
the
form at this link to send your file again.
After we receive your design file(s) we take the file and put a small image
version on a web page for you to review. We then send you an email and ask
you to confirm we have your design correctly or whether you need any changes.
When all is correct, we ask you to enter a printing order into our shopping
cart.
Your business cards usually ship within a week after we receive your order.
