How to make a business card:

We will do the layout for you! Then we will send you an email giving you a link to review your layout for approval of changes. We are usually able to respond by the next working day. When you approve of the layout you can order some cards to be printed.

If you would like to do the layout yourself please take a look at this information. If you are using a photo on your design, it is a good idea to send a separate copy of your photo file with your layout file information. We are able to accept files from many different programs. Just send us the file and we will confirm if we can open it.

We have tried to make it easy for your to make a business card, by giving you a lot of options on ways to send us the information we need to do your business card layout.

Start the process of making your photo business cards:

( Select the one which works best for you. We have found FTP to be the most reliable. )
1. Send photo file and other information you want printed on card.
2. Send as an email attachment to: Files for Customer Service.
3. Use your web browser to send us your files:
  - Try this browser form first. ( opens in new browser window file sizes can be very large).
  - Try this Web Upload Form second. (opens in new browser window and file sizes
  are limited to 5 files at a time with a combined file size of 5MB ).
4. Use an FTP program and upload to our anonymous FTP server at:
  FTP.galleriaventures.com - all uploaded files must go into the /incoming directory
  
  ( We recommend trying the Free FTP program available from: http://freeware.aceftp.com/ )
  
  Here is a web page with instructions on how to set up ACEftp to connect to our anonymous FTP site.
5. Use the form on this web page to mail in your instructions for us to layout your card.

Important Tip:
Since you may have many files to send, we recommend that you combine your files into a ZIP file (or series of ZIP files). There are many FREE tools available to put your files in a ZIP. Click to see list of Free ZIP tools.
