Some things to check in your presentation before you send us your files:

1. Page setup should be set for 35mm slide.
2. Set all text and graphics at least 1/2inch away from the slide border.
3. Use standard True Type Fonts in your presentation. 
   ( If you want to use a non-standard custom font, a copy of the font file will be needed
      in order for us to be able correctly reproduce your presentation on your slides.)
