How our service works:

For the back side of the postcard make sure you give us information to identify you, your business, and what ever greeting you want. After we have your approval on the design we are ready to receive you list of customer birthdays and mailing addresses.
We will take care of mailing your cards out 10 days prior to their birthday.
We will also send you an email notice for each mailing.

After you confirm the design is ready and we have your customer list with birthdays, you place an order for the cards to be printed and mailed. Our standard pricing for printing a mailing is applicable for this service. Our pricing is available to view from this web page. Your done! We inventory the cards and mail each card out 10 days prior to your customer's birthday. As the inventory of your cards gets low from sending out birthday greetings to your customers, we will notify you to order more or you can have us change the design before we order more. Thats why we call it "Set it and Forget it easy!".

Some concerns and questions you may have ?

Can I afford it? I might ask first can you afford not to use some system to show customer appreciation ? The cost on this one is lower than purchasing happy birthday cards from a local stationary store and then you still have to send all the cards yourself.

We are open to work with you in a method you prefer.
After we receive your information we layout the front and back of your postcard. Then we put digital proof images up on a web page for you to review for approval. We print your order after we have your approval.

25 cards is a minimum acceptable order for smaller cards, 50 is minimum acceptable order for 5x8 or larger cards.
For 4x6 card orders less than 250 cards, processing takes up to a week longer than other choices.
Folded cards are only available as 4.25x5.5, 5x7 and 5.5x8.5 size.
Price breaks are related order quantities that are equal or exceed above price break quantities.
All pricing listed above is for B&W printing only on the back side.
